Exchanges and Returns 

At WPM, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. Please review our exchange and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a customer.

 

UK Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

  • In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without providing a justification.
  • If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • If you return an item under the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. However, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The buyer will be responsible for paying the return postage.
  • Returns Outside the 14-Day Window: If a return or exchange request is made outside the 14-day cooling-off period, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or exchange.

Damages

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and check if the goods are faulty, damaged upon delivery, or if you've been sent the wrong item.
  • To report damaged goods, the buyer must take a clear photo of the damaged items and send it to our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The products must not be used, and the original packaging must be kept intact. The item, along with the original packaging, must be returned to us as part of the exchange process.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once we have received and reviewed the photos and the returned item, we will assess the situation and determine if an exchange is warranted. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
